Our team has three primary areas of focus which aim to create a strong and supportive work environment through self-direction, help our people develop their professional skills, and provide the fulfillment of doing good work for the betterment of the larger literary community.
This reflects in the timeframe in which we respond to submissions, how we work with submitting and accepted authors, the literature we put out into the world, and everything else we do.
Our team works together, independently, through supported self-direction. The team sets the expectations, but you are in control of where and when you complete the work.

You get to focus on the work that matters most to you. Whether that’s fiction, poetry, or something else, you have the opportunity to become the master of your domain.
Mastery
The Bloomin’ Onion is one, small acre of the literary landscape, but we take our stake, tend it, and let it grow. Here, you get to support a worthy cause bigger than any one individual and make the meaning you want.
